Arthur was born 10th April 1894 in Halghton, to parents William & Emily (nee Price). Baptised in Hanmer Church 13th May 1894
By 1911, he was working as a Wagonner on a farm at Halghton Mill
He married his second wife Nellie Large Mar qtr 1920 and in 1939 they are living at Mill House, Halghton. Arthur is working as a horseman on a farm.
He died 18th April 1966 and is buried at St Chad’s, Hanmer.
